You can amend your order in the MY CART section of the website before processing payment for your order.

After Payment

It can be difficult to process all requests for order amendments post-payment, but our team can usually facilitate the following updating requests:

- shipping address
- contact details
- removing items

If you need to swap or amend sizes of products in an order you have already paid for, our team may not able to process this. Please ensure you check your order throughly before confirming your payment to ensure accuracy of your order.

To make this amendments, please email [email protected] within 2 hours of placing your order. Any requests received outside of the 2 hour window may not be processed in time before your order is released for shipment.

You won't need an account to shop with us.
We give you the option to check out as a guest or to sign up.

Creating an account allows you to:

- Track your orders
- Stay up-to-date with new season launches and any special events

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. This allows us to provide high quality and more efficient delivery for your order. REC GEN has also gone paperless, so invoices are only digital. If you require a tax invoice contact [email protected] 

We ship to most countries however you can find a full list of countries we do not ship to here.

If your country or region is not mentioned, please feel free to reach out to see if we can work out the details.

If you wish to return an item from your order it must be arranged within 21 days of your Order Purchase Date. All items are inspected on arrival at our offices. Please make sure your item(s) are:

- Unwashed
- Unworn; and
- Original tags still attached

If you believe your item is acceptable for return, you will need to fill out the Returns Form and then a team member will contact you with instructions within 2 business days of receiving your request.

All returns will be issued a Store Credit (see below for more info)

REC GEN will only provide you with a full refund of the product you purchased from us online if the product:

- Is deemed faulty, not of acceptable quality, or unsafe; or
- Does not match descriptions made on the site, or given to you by any REC GEN representative.

If you believe your item is acceptable for return, you will need to fill out the Returns Form and then a team member will contact you with instructions within 2 business days of receiving your request.

All discount codes can be applied in your My Cart page or at the Checkout before payment.

Enter your gift voucher or coupon code into the field next to “Have a gift voucher or coupon code?” and make sure you click the “apply code” button.

You will then be provided with your new order total.

It can be very difficult for us to apply the code after you have placed your order, so hopefully you didn't forget!

To provide the Website and our services, we work with a number of carefully selected third parties. To do this, we may share your information with these third parties in the following limited circumstances:

We take a number of reasonable steps to try to protect the personal information that you provide, including: • using a Secure Socket Layer (“SSL”) to encrypt the personal data that you send us during the order process (including any financial information such as credit or debit card details);

4. WHAT ARE MY PRIVACY RIGHTS?

You have certain rights in relation to the personal data we hold about you, which we detail below. Some of these only apply in certain circumstances as set out in more detail below. We also set out how to exercise those rights. Please note that we will require you to verify your identity before responding to any requests to exercise your rights and that can include asking a set of security questions to ensure it is you. By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.
